did this error come up today? or a few days ago? because i have had close to 5-7 people register for an account without any problems.

Thanks for that hint Matt. Polksa, if you are trying to register an account with the usename like the one you are using here, it is not gonna work. The software does not like the use of the "|" in a username field. In other words if you are registering with the username |FBI|ELPOLAKO|FBI|, the "|" around the FBI part of the tags is what is kicking it back as an error at you. Pick a username that does not have the |FBI| as part of the username and you should be fine.
