I'm doing his application because he got a little virus on his internet, and can't check it atm.

I had really no problems with him in Pink and he was doing a great job

Also he never left, but he went inactive

@Newbe.. I have no idea.. Prob he got a virus on his internet explorer or something?

Tell him if he has a antivirus / internet security pack to check if the firewall don't block acces to the net.

tell him to use mozilla firefox

If he has windows 7, he must hold f8, than a program will start to repair your pc, doesn't care if u have virus, this will start with no problem, it downloads all the settings from the last time everything worked, so if he starts his pc than again, internet must work
